Dear friends, your cloud system not working correctly. App wiwo with s-20 orvibo sometimes work, sometimes not work. Work only on LAN. I have problem with remote connection, most of the time app just says;" timeout, please try again". Probably connection with cloud server is bad, what makes the application is not usable. Please urgently to solve this problem.

Don't worry, we have contact with our OVIBO supplier.

Please provide us your product ID and keep your product connecting and working.

The OVIBO company will update the software for you to solve this problem.

Yesterday in the evening wiwo app  and s20 working excellent, over LAN and 3G/2G network. Today again not working. Now and again app just says;" timeout, please try again" an again…. Evidently Orvibo have big problems with our cloud services.

Thanks to the quickly response Banggood customer service, but apparently even you can not solve completely unreliable WIWO app and s20 problem. Although I had no intention to obtain additional s20 devices, definitely give it up. All interested I can only recommend withdrawal of purchasing that device. When I get out from home network and try to control anything from another wifi or over 2g/3g it tells me:" timeout, please try again". Definitely connection with cloud server is bad, what makes the application and device is not usable. And at the end why not publish my negative review?

This new version can solve the problem, please try to log in again or power to restart.
