Be a loyal customer and spend a lot of money here and just maybe BangGood will treat you like a fool.

Has anyone bothered to take a close look at the VIP page lately?  Apart from the fact it's clock has hit zero, they're honestly expecting us to buy items which cost MORE to a VIP than it's worth as a new customer.  An $800 item which gives the amazing discount of LESS than 1%.  They're insulting us and no doubt having a bloody good laugh at our expense.

The majority of the "SAVINGS" are $1 or $2 dollars if you're lucky, plus the majority of them are specialist items which no doubt they either purchased a truck load of or it's simply not selling.

How about the $800 AUD item with a lousy $4 off. That's 1/2 a % discount. How often do we see banners in a store which boast .5%, I don't recall seeing a 5% discount. I could wait until the Aussie dollar gained a few points and I'd get a bigger discount.

How can we refuse an item normally selling for $80.87, but just for a VIP it's now $83.82 or just over $3 MORE.

It';s not only this week's VIP specials it's been the same since way before Christmas. Do they really think we're stupid? That we'll fall for their pathetic childish games.  Who's setting these prices, the village idiot?  I was the one responsible for the VIP idea. I wrote about loyalty and if BangGood would do something for those loyal customers, they'd feel as if they were getting rewarded for supporting BangGood. Plus as a bonus BangGood made more sales, so we all made something out of it.

Well BangGood, you've made a real mess of it. I've already said it's insulting to think you believe we're blind to your tricks.  How many of you rush to see what's on offer and buy the items without looking at it's price. That's obviously what BangGood believes we do. We look at the listings and say DUH, it must cheap because it's on the VIP page. Well I can say it's the last thing I'll do.  I look at the price being asked and that well known FAKE price with a line through it.  We all know the item has NEVER sold at that price. it's something which gets added when you get a new item in stock and for ever more it's used to show us how much we would have saved if the item actually cost what that price tag says.

Silly little kiddie tricks to mislead us and with the sole intention of making us believe we''re saving money. And let's completely disregard the massive price hike which happened on January the first 2018. Most items had sometimes a hefty price rise and what for? just so the owner can make more millions than last year.

You're spreading this money gouging campaign rather thick BangGood. The more you try these silly tricks the sooner it's going to blow up in your face. We now have prices going up, tracking mostly useless and shipping times at an all time high.  I just received a parcel which I ordered just over a month ago, in fact I've received 3 parcels this week which all took a month to get here.

How come it takes a whole 31 days to travel what takes 9 hours and 20 minutes by plane? Exactly where are our parcels for the 30.6 days? It's OK, we all know quite well you wouldn't dare answer that, it would never do to have BangGood be honest about about such matters.  After all, we're the silly buggers who put food on your table and billions in your Off Shore bank accounts.

Don't look now BangGood, your wheels are becoming loose and if you continue treating us in this way they'll be falling off.  How bloody stupid is the worker who decided Half A Percent discount would attract buyers. Yes we know your staff are expected to come up with more and more ways to extract as much as possible from us stupid Westerners, but hopefully they now have reason to check those prices so they can see exactly what you think of us.

To all the VIPs reading this, when the VIP page is updated, take a look and see how many ridiculous discounts there are. Actually check how many "discounted" items we're expected to pay more for. Keep those eyes open and for God's sake show your disgust by adding your thoughts to this thread, sit back and do nothing and all you'll get is more and more such tricks.  Show BangGood how angry it makes you and just maybe (don't hold your breath) we may see a change.

It's up to you, because I'm sick of being the only one showing any concern. Stand up and be counted, or you'll deserve everything you get.

By the way, I logged on this afternoon and honestly thought I'd gone to GearBest's site. Take a look at BangGood's NEW home page. You'll see what I mean.

Just look at the VIP page Dony, they're all over it.  Somebody has been doing this for some time.  Whoever is responsible for the VIP page should be found a new job. Perhaps cleaning the men's room would be a better occupation.

The VIP page is meant as an award for being a loyal customer, someone who spends a lot of money on a regular basis.  Sadly it's been seen a something different. They have given VIP status as prizes in competitions and VIP 2 members get exactly the same discounts as VIP 5 members.  There are some items which have a variation in discounts, but it should be all. Otherwise there's no incentive to go higher. and discounts of 1/2 a percent is ridiculous, especially when the item has a massive profit margin to begin with.

One other complaint is seeing the same items week after week on the VIP page.  I used to buy 3 , 4 or 5 items every weeks,  but for the past few months there has been nothing there I've wanted. Especially in the Quadcopter area. The page needs someone like the person who ran it in early 2017, the discounts were good and the items were a more popular choice.  Does anyone keep a record of how many sales are made through the VIP page? If someone does, I'm sure they would noticed how it's not as popular as it used to be. Why can't BangGood source new makes and models? I'm not saying they should get rid of the really popular models, but freshen the Hobby section up with something new. How about some new accessories? A company in China makes after market landing gear for quadcopters, some of the are retractable, but they make regular ones for popular models, I've just purchased one for the Hubsan 5012s, Very well made and it allows you to fit the motor driven gimbals you already sell, I know they'd be popular, in fact any accessories for the Bugs quadcopters, Aosenma, Bayangtoys, Hubsan etc. would sell well.

I believe BangGood is missing out on a large market and at the moment it appears to be scared of change.  They find something which sells well and they keep it, but rarely try new models.  Personally, if BangGood released a new quadcopter every month, there's a good chance I'd buy it for my collection. It's currently about 40 models and I'm not stopping any time soon. I prefer to buy them from BangGood, only because they've looked after me in the past, but if they're not selling new models I'll be buying them elsewhere.

By the way, I'm about to start a quadcopter page on FaceBook and if BangGood stocks a new model every month I'll happily showcase it there, free of charge of course.

Thank you Stu. I Got your meaning. But sorry I can't find the VIP Page on our front page.

Do you get access to the page from our promotion email? That would help a lot if you can provide a link or screenshot for me.

You're playing games Dony, A BangGood page and you don't know where it is? I can't believe it. It's not from any flyer or email it's a page which has been for VIPs since last year.  I'll admit it's almost impossible for a customer to find and that's something I questioned a long time ago.  Sunny gave me the link for it and I've used it ever since.

Yes it's current, not an old page, it still has 1 day to go.  Stu

Thank you Dony, would you believe that's the most positive thing I've heard from BangGood in a long time. I complained a number of times that I could find a link to the VIP page, but it always fell on deaf ears.  All it needs is a small link on the home page. I wonder how everyone else found it?

Thanks my confidence has increased.

I got information from the staff responsible for VIP page.

There's problem in the performance but no problem with the actual price. And we are fixing the problem.

This VIP page will be placed on the front page soon.

So they reckon it's OK to advertise VIP special prices at prices higher than a non-VIP would pay?  Isn't that defeating the reason for having VIP specials.

HEY VIP's COME HERE AND PAY MORE THAN ANYONE ELSE !!  Seems rather silly to me, don't you agree Dony?  Or am I missing something?
