Is there anybody else who struggles to understand what customer support wright?

I have sent several e-mails about how to calibrate an electronic scale I bought.
Clearly they don`t understand me, and I don`t understand them.
They try to wright in english, but impossible to understand.
HELP!!

Hello.
I bought a 300g digital scale, order nr: 33333468, id nr: 1002701.
The user manual say I must use a 500g weight to calibrate the scale.
That is 200g more than the scale can handle, doesn`t feel right.
Any ideas?
This is the 5th mail I have sent regarding this problem, hoping for a solution!
(This mail was ment for support, sorry)

I'm pretty sure you'll need 200g weight to calibrate 200g scale.

Hello. Problem solved:-). Received e-mail from support today with solution, need to use a 300g weight to calibrate a 300g scale.
