Order #19116507 (placed on Sunday 25 September, 2016) is not delivered in 3 working days after it`s shipped from our China warehouse.

after it`s shipped out of China(normally 3 days after shipped from our China warehouse),

the tracking information will not update before it arrives the destination country.
