can the module be changed to be able to engrave into aluminum? do you sell more powerful laser modules that adapt to this machine? I want to engrave different logos in either aluminum or polyethylene. does it matter if the surface to be engraved is curved? i need to engrave on curved polyethylene

Hi, I have bought the 2500mW version and we are suffering from a lot of problems. One of the problems is that the quality of the laser lens is bad, because we can't seem to focus the laser properly due to a broken lens. Another issue is the software on which not all the functions seem to work. The Outline function does not work at all and thus it won't allow us to engrave or cut the outline of anything.

Why do people using a foreign language make comment on an English thread? Or are they hijacking the thread?

I purchased to 2500mw laser for the engraver and it works well.  If you've broken the lens why not take the lens off the laser which came with the engraver.  They should be interchangeable. You won't get it to engrave anything metal or anything transparent.  One trick is to blacken the plastic first, then engrave it then remove whatever you used to blacken it.

The only thing I'm upset about is I paid about $125 for the 2500 and last week it was about half price.  I'm convinced someone at BangGood watches what I buy, then puts it on special immediately afterwards.  Murphy's Law, they call it.
