Superb quality. A little on the dry side, but in the extra fine range. Performs very well on cheap paper, good writer on Rhodia, not so good on Clairefontaine (but I ordered another one with a fine nib). The nib is very smooth for an EF, with crisp feedback; no spring at all, steady line, without variation. The flow is constant; it writes every time from the first stroke, without interruption. I've filled it with Iroshizuku Momiji (the red ring was begging for a reddish ink) and I enjoy every word or line.

I have never had a dropper filled pen until this one. The barrel never leaks, and holds a lot of ink compared to cartridges or converters. The tip is extra-fine, which I prefer and is hard to find. It writes clearly and evenly, no skipping or scratching. I use the carbon ink that I also ordered from BG and am very happy with the lack or bleed through and the permanence. I am considering ordering more of these pens to keep a spare for myself or to give to someone else.

Beautiiful pen. loved it... no clip for stopping pen from rolling and falling.. be careful when keeping pen on writing table

packaging is very well done pen looks awesome and unique with the disadvantage of rolling down holds large amount of ink largest for my collection eyedropper model is well built with leak proof o seal ef nib is very fine and may not suite for average writer and it also feel scratchy overall a must for collection or daily use

Looks great, feels great und is a nice writer. Still a bit scratchy. But the appearance is really nice.
